Who we are

Calce Studio, reachable at ciao@elpideus.com. We decide what happens to the little data this site touches.

What this site collects

Nothing of its own. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

The preview request form

The form does not send anything to us. It writes a message and opens your own email or WhatsApp. We only receive what you choose to send, and we use it to reply to you and build your preview. We keep it while we are talking to you, and for as long as the law requires if you become a client.

Previews we build

If we built a preview for your business, we used only what your business already publishes: name, address, opening hours, public photos and descriptions. Previews are not indexed by search engines and are only reachable from the link we sent you. Ask and we take yours down and delete what we gathered, straight away.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to ciao@elpideus.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
